This was quite the challenge - an enjoyable, but tough one - knowing the answer but how to convey!!! Then, it “hit” me….. Took me three days, but I perservered🤨

I really liked this one for two reasons: 1. you learn something new (in this case, 10th century Viking runes), and 2. you use that knowledge to decode another puzzle, which is in turn solved by careful study and reapplication of that same knowledge.

As an added bonus I will forever think of Thor now as a "marvelous cat".

Haha yeah, it's because unlike every other puzzle, the red text here *isn't* guiding you to the answer, but rather acts as another clue for you to solve the theorem. The red runes should actually be white, and the only markers in red should be three red lines (to indicate the answer is not a four-lettered name, but rather three runes to represent that name).

So, I got the hint pretty much no problem. and an answer for it, which seems to be a form of the correct answer. I'm finding it more of a challenge to figure out how, since red indicates the answer, to utilize the full runic alphabet 3 times over to produce the desired answer. I mean, yes, I think it's saying to use the alphabet to convert each phoneme of my answer into runes, but that doesn't seem to be working for me yet...

P.S. I just noticed that the first post here has not surrounded cutting and pasting with asterisks to hide it. I'm very glad I didn't look at this before I thought of doing that myself. Maybe get those words hidden for the next person? Cheers!

Well, something different finally occurred to me to try to get those runes off my paper and onto the keyboard. Or onto my screen really. It worked. I had to cut and paste. Not having a runic keyboard, I just think it was just a bit lame that you couldn't use the english keyboard letters that looked most like the answer i.e. DnR .
